Once recording is stopped CloudCCTV will automatically compile the frames into a cohesive video clip that you can playback.

Our platform offers the capability to create timelapses, providing two options for your convenience:
Short term Time Lapse
(Included with Camera Subscription)
This feature enables you to create timelapses from existing archives, compressing up to 48 hours of footage into either a 30-second clip or a clip of up to 5 minutes in length. It's important to note that these timelapses are stored in the library for a duration of 30 days only, so it's advisable to download them before this expiration.
Long Term Time Lapse
(Addon with separate fee):
This addon service allows you to create timelapses for extended durations, ranging from short-term projects to long-term endeavors spanning years. With this option, you are not required to maintain the archive for the entire duration of the project. The timelapse is collected in real-time and must be configured at the start of the project, continuing for the entire project duration. Each day, our platform compiles the footage collected during that day into a clip and appends it to the existing timelapse.

How it Works?
Export ongoing Time lapse progress on-demand and remotely. You can review the Time-lapse video on the regular timeline of your camera to get to a specific time as shown in the picture.
An example of a time-lapse setup would be that we take footage from a whole day and compress it to a specified number of seconds. Typical value is 2 seconds for projects that are expected to last a year or longer, for shorter projects more frames per day can be used. The math is as follows if the project runs for 365 days and we compress each day to 2 seconds then the resulting video would be 365*2=730 seconds or just over 12 minutes in length.
